Update: The Status of Pidsawat

We previously posted that there were unconfirmed news that Pong, Bee, & Pim's lakorn Pidsawat would not be made. Now in this video message to her fans, Bee states that she almost got to work with director Sant Srikaewlaw (Exact's award winning director of such hits as Leurd Kattiya, Ching Chang, Fah Pieng Din, and La Ong Dao) who is supposed to direct Pidsawat and now is currently directing Pong's upcoming drama Dork Soke. Bee did not go into details, but said that there is a problem and now won't be able to do it. As for the lakorn itself, we still believe that Exact will still make this lakorn since they already bought the copyright. It's just they will use a different cast.

Will Pidsawat Still Be Made?

There is some unconfirmed news at asianfuse that Pong and Bee's future lakorn together, Pidsawat, will not be made. A member at asianfuse posted that he read that Bee says that the lakorn has been "deleted". We checked at Exact's website and other sites for Bee's fans, but did not see the news. The last we read about Pidsawat was that filming was moved to next year and that Khun Sant Srikaewlaw, an award winning director for Exact (Luerd Kattiya, Fah Pieng Din, La Ong Dao, Ching Chang), will be directing it. Of course, if we hear of any other news about Pidsawat, we'll let you know.

Filming on Pidsawat Postponed

Well, it looks like we won't get to see Pong and Bee's lakorn Pidsawat anytime soon. Back in April, Bee stated in a video message to her fans that they would begin shooting in June. A few days ago, one of Pong's fans tweeted about when they will shoot the lakorn and Pong responded by saying that the project will be postponed to next year. Hopefully, Pong will be doing other lakorns in the meantime since we want to see more of him.

Pidsawat to Begin Shooting in June

Some have asked when Pong, Bee, and Pim would begin shooting their lakorn Pidsawat. Originally, we heard that they would begin shooting in January, but it still hasn't happened, yet. Well, in this video clip of Bee answering some of her fans' questions, she stated that they would probably begin shooting in June. Right now they are waiting for the director, who's currently busy with another lakorn.

First Photos From Pidsawat

As many of you know, Pong and Bee will film an upcoming ghost lakorn called Pidsawat. Here are the first photos from this lakorn.
