Update: The Status of Pidsawat

We previously posted that there were unconfirmed news that Pong, Bee, & Pim's lakorn Pidsawat would not be made. Now in this video message to her fans, Bee states that she almost got to work with director Sant Srikaewlaw (Exact's award winning director of such hits as Leurd Kattiya, Ching Chang, Fah Pieng Din, and La Ong Dao) who is supposed to direct Pidsawat and now is currently directing Pong's upcoming drama Dork Soke. Bee did not go into details, but said that there is a problem and now won't be able to do it. As for the lakorn itself, we still believe that Exact will still make this lakorn since they already bought the copyright. It's just they will use a different cast.

Update: Confirmation on Aom's Lakorn with Ken

We previously posted news that there was talk that Ken would be doing a lakorn produced by his wife called รักคุณเท่าฟ้า / Ruk Khun Tao Fah / Love You As Much As the Sky. Last night on the entertainment program Doa Ka Jia, Ken's wife Noi Bussakorn confirmed that this lakorn will be made and that so far, the three actresses that are confirmed for the lakorn are Aom, Chompoo Araya, and Cherry Khemupsom. Janie Tienphosuwan was also rumored to be one of the actresses to appear in this lakorn, but we're not sure if she wasn't mentioned because she hasn't confirmed with Noi that she would take the role or if she is still being considered for the part. Of course, we'll let you know if we hear of any other updates.

Unconfirmed: Aom to Star with Ken & 3 Other Major Actresses in a Lakorn

There are rumors at pantip forum (from komchadluek.net) that Ken will star alongside 4 major actresses in a lakorn that his wife Noi Bussakorn is producing called รักคุณเท่าฟ้า / Ruk Khun Tao Fah / Love You As Much As the Sky. The leading actresses that he might get to work with are Aom, Janie Tienphosuwan, Cherry Khemupsorn, and Chompoo Araya. The storyline is centered around Ken's character and 4 women who come into his life at different times of his life. So far Ken says that they are contacting the actresses and awaiting approval from Channel 3. Since there will be four major actresses in the lakorn, many at pantip are curious as to who will get the role of the nang ek that will end up with Ken's character.

Pong & Donut Working Together in a Movie

We have been following this story for a while now. Donut Manatsanan had stated a while back in an interview that she will be acting with Pong in a movie called มะหมาสี่ขาครับ 2 / Ma Mha Cee Ka Kub 2 / Dogs Have Four Legs, Kub 2, but did not disclose any details. But because the interview was from a gossip column in a newspaper, we were unsure if it was true or not.

Then last week, Pong tweets this message (translated from Thai) "It is Motor, the intelligent dog from Ma Mha Cee Ka Kub 2" along with this photo:

News on Pong's Girl

Haha! I'm sure many of Pong's fans hearts were broken upon hearing this news today. Pong has always been in the news about being involved with a "certain someone", but has always denied it as just rumors. Then, a couple of days ago, it was disclosed by Kaew that she has been seeing Pong for two months now. Naturally, all of Pong's fans want to know about this and today on Woody's morning show, Woody said that Pong has acknowledged to him that Kaew is someone special he is seeing. So who is this lucky girl that captured Pong's heart? Her full name is Jarinya Sirimongkongsakul, nickname Kaew. She is 19 years old and a singer of the girl band "Faye Fang Kaew" under Kamikaze, one of the small record labels for RS. Check out the MV below.

Pong's New Project: Dork Soke

This was totally a surprise! There were rumors of Pong in other projects, but none for this lakorn. Originally, Chakrit and Vill Wannarot were supposed to star in this, but now it looks like it will be Pong. The nang ek will be announced tomorrow and is rumored to be newcomer Charebelle Lanlalin. Jeab Sopidnapa, Aom's best friend, will also be in this drama and will probably act as the nang ek's mother who also falls in love with the pra ek.  Dork Soke / Sad Flower is a remake lakorn which originally aired on channel 7 16 years ago.

Recently, Pong was in Hua Hin shooting scenes for a MV of Bird Thongchai. The song is called ร้องไห้ทำไม Rong Hai Tam Mai / Why the Tears. The song will air all over Asia starting September 19th. Also, info out of Bird's Facebook that the actress appearing with Pong in the MV is from Taiwan. Her name is Sonia Sui. We look forward to seeing the MV.

Channel 7 just released their programming schedule for September and Pong and Aum Patcharapa's lakorn Nai Roy Ruk will premier Friday September 9th. It will be given the 8:25 PM time slot on Fri-Sun.
