Aom Wanted for Movie with James Jirayu

Rising star James Jarayu of the current lakorn Khun Chai Putthipat is set to star in the movie Timeline, Chot-Hmay, Kwarm Thong Jam / Timeline, The Letter, Memory. The director confirmed that he wants Aom Phiyada for the role of James's mother and is now waiting for Aom to confirm. If she accepts the role, this will mark Aom's return to films.

Unconfirmed: Pong, Aom, & Charabelle to Star in Lakorn

Wow, we hope this news is true. There are rumors at pantip forum (quoting that the source is from khaosod news) that Pong, Aom, and Charabelle Lanlalin will star in a lakorn together called Prab Ar Thun. This is rumored to be one of the four lakorns that Exact will be making this year. This lakorn is about two lives. Aom is the nang ek with Pong in the first life and Charabelle will be the nang ek in the second life. For now, this is unconfirmed news. Of course, we'll keep you updated if we hear any confirmation.

Will Pong Still Be in Lakorn with Pancake?

As mentioned in a previous blog post, Pong is rumored to star in Roy Lae Sanae Luang (formerly titled Nangfa Satan) with Pancake Khemanit. Recently, there have been news out of Pantip (source: here) that the pra ek for this lakorn will change, but there were no confirmations about the news. Now it looks like that Pong is no longer in this lakorn because in this video clip, Weir Sukollawat is talking about his 2 lakorn projects. He says that he is currently shooting one lakorn and the other  lakorn he will be in is Roy Lae Sanae Luang.

Pong to Star in Another Lakorn with Noon

News have been circulating for a while now that Noon Warranauch will star in a lakorn from Exact called E-Sa and now there is news that her leading man will be Pong. The title E-Sa comes from the nang ek, whose name is Sa  and the "E" in front of her name indicates contempt, a person of low social status. This will be a period lakorn and will be directed by Sant Srikaewlaw (director of Dork Soke, Leurd Kattiya, Ching Chang, Fah Pieng Din, & La Ong Dao). If nothing changes, shooting will begin early 2013. (source: khaosod.co.th)

Unconfirmed: Pong & Pancake to Star in a Lakorn Together

There are news circulating that Pong and Pancake Khemanit are to star together on a lakorn called Nangfa Satan / Angel Satan (sources komchadluek and pantip). The lakorn will be produced by DaraVDO for channel 7. So far, this news is unconfirmed. If we hear anything else about this, we'll let you know.

Possible Upcoming Lakorns for Pong

In a recent article at thairath, Pong answered some questions about his rumors and in the last paragraph it talks about his lakorn projects. He said that he has 2 lakorns that he will do for Exact.  Also, about the rumors of him doing the Ch 7/DaraVDO lakorn Ban Sai Tong, he said that if he has enough time, he would not refuse it because he is interested in the role. At pantip forum (saying that the source is from twitter @ TonoGrace_Home), someone posted that Pong's two lakorns are:

Is Aom Expecting?

There are unconfirmed rumors that Aom is pregnant. The latest news from Thairath reports that Aom is feeling extremely anxious and worried after she went scuba diving and ran the Bangkok Post marathon because she just found out that she is pregnant for about a month. Again, this news has not been confirmed by Aom. She is currently helping to collect donations for flood victims at Central Ladphrao. Once we hear confirmation from her, we'll let you know. 

Unconfirmed: Aom to Star with Ken & 3 Other Major Actresses in a Lakorn

There are rumors at pantip forum (from komchadluek.net) that Ken will star alongside 4 major actresses in a lakorn that his wife Noi Bussakorn is producing called รักคุณเท่าฟ้า / Ruk Khun Tao Fah / Love You As Much As the Sky. The leading actresses that he might get to work with are Aom, Janie Tienphosuwan, Cherry Khemupsorn, and Chompoo Araya. The storyline is centered around Ken's character and 4 women who come into his life at different times of his life. So far Ken says that they are contacting the actresses and awaiting approval from Channel 3. Since there will be four major actresses in the lakorn, many at pantip are curious as to who will get the role of the nang ek that will end up with Ken's character. 

Nam Soy Sai: Will Pong and Noon Reunite?

We posted news earlier that Pong was rumored to have an upcoming lakorn with Kob Suvanant called Nam Soy Sai. Now there is word at pantip that Noon Warranauch is to be in the starring role alongside Pong. Those at pantip say that they got the news from TVpool. For now this is unconfirmed. We do know that the leads for this lakorn has changed many times now ever since it was announced that they would remake this lakorn. As in the lakorn world, if there is no opening ceremony, anything can change. We'll keep you updated if we hear any thing new.

Will Pidsawat Still Be Made?

There is some unconfirmed news at asianfuse that Pong and Bee's future lakorn together, Pidsawat, will not be made. A member at asianfuse posted that he read that Bee says that the lakorn has been "deleted". We checked at Exact's website and other sites for Bee's fans, but did not see the news. The last we read about Pidsawat was that filming was moved to next year and that Khun Sant Srikaewlaw, an award winning director for Exact (Luerd Kattiya, Fah Pieng Din, La Ong Dao, Ching Chang), will be directing it. Of course, if we hear of any other news about Pidsawat, we'll let you know.

Unconfirmed: Pong & Aom to Reunite in a Lakorn

OMGosh, this has been the news us Pong and Aom fans have been waiting for. There is talk at pantip that Pong, Aom, Oil Thana, Pim Pimmada, Tony, and Apple the Star will all be starring in Kwarm Lub Kaung Superstar 2 (Secrets of the Superstar 2). Those at pantip say that the source of the news is from Exact and that Khun Boy chose the cast. If the rumor is true and Pong and Aom do get paired in this lakorn, Aom will be the only other actress that has re-paired with Pong in a lakorn besides Bee Namthip. Unconfirmed: Pong to Star in a Lakorn with Kob

Here's another unconfirmed news for us to keep an eye out for. There's news at pantip that Pong, Kob Suvanant, and Yui Jiranan are going to be in a lakorn for DaraVDO called Nam Soy Sai. They say that the source of the news is from Star News. So far there is no confirmation. Of course, we will let you all know if we hear anything else about this.


Edit: If this lakorn gets made, Nam Soy Sai will be a remake. One popular version of this lakorn was made many years ago starring Saranyu Wongkrachang, Nok Sinjai, and Peeyanuj. Here's the clip from the lakorn's opening.

Unconfirmed: Pong in a Lakorn with Kwan, Aom to Go to Shanghai Film Festival

Rumors have been circulating for a while now that Pong will do an lakorn with Kwan Usamanee. Supposedly, the title is Luang Buang Ruk. For now, there is no confirmation from Exact or Channel 7's web boards.

Another rumor that we just heard is that Aom, Captain, and Pang Ornjira will be going to the Shanghai International Film Festival to promote Malai Sarm Chai from June 7th to the 10th. This would be great if it was true. We'd get to see photos from both Pong and Aom at the event. 

Like we said, both of these news are just rumors for now. We'll let you know if we hear of any confirmation.

Unconfirmed: Pong to star with Aum in "Nai Roy Ruk"

News has been circulating for a while now that Aum Patcharapa will star in Nai Roy Ruk (supposedly a remake) and that she will get to choose her pra ek. Now, there is talk at pantip forum (credit here & here) that according to Dara Daily, her chosen pra ek is Pong. For now this news is unconfirmed. The interesting thing is, this lakorn will be produced by Dara VDO. We all know that Pong's contract is only with Exact. If this news is true, that means that Dara VDO had to put in a request to Khun Boy (Exact's big boss) to allow Pong to do this lakorn for them. It's good to see that Pong is in such demand now.

Are Pong and Aom Going to Beijing?

In our search for Pong and Aom news, we came across this news that is circulating at Pong's Chinese forum at baidu.com. There is talk that Pong and Aom might attend a National Drama Festival in Beijing at the end of December. For now, this news has not been confirmed, but we will let you know if we hear anything else about it. We hope that it is true because we would love to see the Pong and Aom team together in China representing Thailand at the Drama Festival.
