Monday January 2nd (Series Premiere)

During the great flood in Bangkok, Kor (Pong), who is playboy and a pub owner has become a flood victim. He and his girlfriend Baby (Pei Panwad) have evacuated. He goes to see his father, Kla (Prisarn Akarasenee) at Rayong, but finds that his father disappeared and that the only person left is Wun (View Wannarot), his father's nurse.

Nam Kuen Hai Reab Ruk / High Tide, Hurry Fetch Love

This is a short summary of the synopsis (without the spoilers) translated by Punrungpundao. The full synopsis with the spoiler is available in Thai here at Pong's Facebook fanpage.

During the great flood of 2011 in Thailand, it caused much trouble to anyone even Kor(Pong), who is a playboy and a pub owner. He has become a flood victim as well and has to evacuate and run away from his creditors by trying to get help from Kla, his father in Rayong. But he is surprised, he doesn't find his father. There is a young woman name Wun(View Wannarot), who claims to be the person that takes care of his father. She told him that Kla disappeared and after that Kor quarrels with him over the phone. Kor opens his father's safe to get money to pay off his debt, but there is no money. There is only paperwork that specify that his father gave all of his money to Wun and that if he wants the money, he must marry Wun.

There is much disorder and more fun when Yuan, Kor's creditor, takes his family to escape the flood to live with Kor and Baby, Kor's sweetheart, also escapes the flood to find Kor. Plus, Kor must find his missing father.

Update on Nang Singh Sabad Chor

Pong and Pang's lakorn Nang Singh Sabad Chor just had its fitting. So far, we don't see any photos of Pong yet, but there are some photos from some of the other cast members. From the photos, it looks like View Wannarot and Pei Panwad are also a part of the cast of this lakorn.

Aom Will No Longer Do Her Planned Lakorn with Ken

Even after Aom found out that she was pregnant, she stated that she would still act in Ruk Khun Tao Fah with Ken, Chompoo Araya, and Cherry Khemupsom. Now, in the latest news out of newsplus and thairath, Aom says that she won't be able to do the lakorn because filming hasn't even began, but her baby bump is getting bigger and bigger.

Opening Ceremony of Nam Kuen Hai Reab Ruk

Shooting will begin in Rayong and the lakorn is set to air soon after Channel 5's current lakorn Kularb Satan. This lakorn will be directed by Tum Bunjerd, the same director of Kha Khong Khon.

Update on Pong's New Lakorn

We told you in a previous blogpost that one of Pong's upcoming projects might be a lakorn called น้ำขึ้นให้รีบรัก / Nam Kuen Hai Reab Ruk with View Wannorot & Grace the Star 6. According to pantip forum, the opening ceremony will be November 21st.

Possible Upcoming Lakorns for Pong

In a recent article at thairath, Pong answered some questions about his rumors and in the last paragraph it talks about his lakorn projects. He said that he has 2 lakorns that he will do for Exact.  Also, about the rumors of him doing the Ch 7/DaraVDO lakorn Ban Sai Tong, he said that if he has enough time, he would not refuse it because he is interested in the role. Congratulations to Aom & Art!

Yes, it has been confirmed by Aom that she is 6 weeks pregnant. Future lakorn projects that were in the works are now cancelled, but she will still be in the lakorn Ruk Khun Tao Fah with Ken because there are not many episodes to shoot. As for her work on Wan Warn Yung Warn Yoo, E-mouth, Bang Ruk Soi 9, and JeabAom, she will continue on with these projects as usual. Congratulations Aom & Art!

Is Aom Expecting?

There are unconfirmed rumors that Aom is pregnant. The latest news from Thairath reports that Aom is feeling extremely anxious and worried after she went scuba diving and ran the Bangkok Post marathon because she just found out that she is pregnant for about a month. Again, this news has not been confirmed by Aom. She is currently helping to collect donations for flood victims at Central Ladphrao. Once we hear confirmation from her, we'll let you know.

Here's a quick summary of the lakorn:

Much trouble and fun are in store for the merchants and customers at the local fresh market. Tong(Andrew), a vegetable seller and Gimlung(Aom), a fishmonger fall in love, but Gimlung's mother does not approve because she sees Tong as a worthless hooligan who won't amount to anything. Tong must prove himself to Gimlung's mother, while also working hard to improve the conditions at the market and teach other merchants to take pride in what they sell and that caring for their customers will benefit them all.

Nai Roy Ruk's End Date

If nothing changes, Nai Roy Ruk's finale will be on Sunday October 16th (source: pantip). The next program that will probably replace it is Kwan Usamanee and Guy Navapol's drama Horb Ruk Ma Hom Pah. Of course channel 7 is known for extending their lakorns, especially if the ratings are good. But we think most viewers of Nai Roy Ruk are ready to see all of the secrets revealed and would not want the lakorn to be dragged out any further.
